Rates: Rates are for two adults and up to three children of household under the age of eighteen. Extra charges apply for additional persons/visitors. Please ask.

Check in: Check in 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Check out 1:00 p.m. Early/late arrival/departure must be approved in advance and will incur additional charge depending on the time.

Cable TV: $2.50/day; $35.00/month; $125.00/season

Internet: $150.00/season modem included, or Wi-Fi hotspots available
Black water tank disposal: Stay two nights, free disposal at exit.
Grey water tank disposal: Chambers at each site (no charge).
Electric: Included w/nightly rates assuming reasonable usage.

Monthly Rate: $495.00 plus metered electric
Seasonal Rate: $1700.00 plus metered electric (Part-time/Large site)
Add 10%  for Full  Time (>110 days out of 180) or Extra Large Site.

A deposit of one night's stay is required to book a reservation.
Holiday weekends require payment in full at time of reservation.
Refunds for cancellation (less a 10% fee) will be given with a 14 day notice.
Cancellations made with at least a seven day notice will be issued a credit toward a future stay.
We reserve and hold sites in good faith, and cannot give refunds for cancellations due to weather forecasts.
